Repairing Bodily Systems With Home Crafted Superfoods
Superfoods detoxify and strengthen all bodily systems. They can also repair intestinal damage associated with celiac, candida, IBS, leaky gut and food allergies.
In this course, you will learn how to craft and use low-cost live superfoods. We will be preparing and tasting food.
All classes are gluten free!

8-Week Class Schedule
Week 1
Detoxifying, Strengthening and Repairing Bodily Systems with live foods.
Week 2
Raw Food: Gently adding raw food into the diet for intestinal repair.
Week 3
Kefir: Dairy and non-dairy kefir and their many uses.
Week 4
Kombucha Culture: Known as the immune system drink.
Week 5
Pickling: Lacto-fermented pickles, sauerkraut and other vegetables.
Week 6
Seeds, Grains, Nuts, Beans: Nutritionally optimal preparation plus introduction to non-gluten grains.
Week 7
Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread and Pancakes: These are dairy, yeast, egg-free!
Week 8
Winter Food: Learn the basics of supercharged food for the cold months—the 12-hour soupstock, digestible beans, winter salads and one pot winter meals.
